Furikake

Furikake is a dry condiment meant to jazz up rice. It typically consists of fish, sesame seeds, nori, sugar, salt, and msg. Not very vegan. There is a vegan version for sale on Amazon.com called "JFC - Nori Fumi Furikake (Rice Seasoning)", but I decided to make my own. First I powdered dehydrated Forest Mushrooms and nori in a food processor, and then added sesame seeds and a pinch of kosher salt. I put the mixture in a cute bunny shaker so I could sprinkle it on my rice during lunch :)
